we have a 2016 John Deere 333E skidsteer that has been been previously deleted trying to do an active (fuel based regen). it will work fine for about 100 HRS, then the exhaust temp light illuminates and the engine runs at an elevated idle. when this first happened our tuner told us to make sure all exhaust temp sensors where unplugged and that the EGR vlave and exhaust pressure differential sensor was plugged in. we found one exhaust sensor still plugged in which they figured caused our issue. they then told us to use service advisor to "calibrate the DPF" to bring the fuel based soot level back down. the only problem was that service advisor would not let me do the DFP calibration. why wont service advisor let me do the calibration? and why does this keep happening?
thanks in advance for the help!
