I got a 627B serial 14S888 bowl raises fine but goes against when go to lower it, it will actually stall engine at idle, if ya try raising and lowering it after bit it will lower, thinking might be in quick drop valves, what should i be looking for thanks

Best guess, your lift cylinders could be bypassing internally. this might be making it fight itself when trying to put fluid to one side or the other of the cylinders. Also could be an issue with the quick drop system on the cylinders given its only when trying to lower the bowl.
