CASE 9250 electric powershift problems

Have a 1994 case 9250 articulated tractor, that will go forwards and backwards but won’t select any gears apart from first. Have replaced gear selector and one solenoid on valve bank, chased wire loom - no faults. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
