I have a 1994 Case 580 super K. Is the neutral switch located under the cab floor panel? Could this affect the non start issue. I was told that the starter switch has a safety switch also. But when I turb the key the interior lights come on but no click from starter, Starter has 12v at side. Anything else? One note.. the cut out buttons have never worked.

Yes, you need to remove the floor panel to gain access to the neutral start switch, mounted on the transmission control valve. It could be your problem, but the starter relay could also be the issue.

@Missouri Hillbilly I have no idea which solenoids you could be looking at - a picture is worth a thousand words! ;)
"Neutral start" switch - will almost always be associated with the transmission - there will only be one of them.
Not knowing if you have an early K or a later phase 3 K/SK or even if it is a K - makes it difficult to help.......
I have a 1994 Case 580sk #serial JJG0177634
