Whelp, need to figure out how brazing it, could affect those functions.
Knowing full well, braze runs like water, if you get it too hot.
Hopefully, it is nothing internal but I wouldn’t expect there to be, with some functions working.
You could try putting a little pressure on the tank but generally not necessary.
What condition is the filter in and is it possible you shut something off before brazing it?

i rinsed out the cooler and it was only a pin hole,i changed the filter, and to applyed pressure to the tank,my up and down boom was working so i know the safetys are good plus i checked them anyway, then i took the cooler off again it was still leaking when i put it back on the up and down quit working to.all the fuses are good to.

Try cracking the line after the pilot filter and wrap with a rag and tape. Put air to the tank while starting and oil should immediately come out onto the rag. Must be air locked somewhere, try it further down the line. If pilot circuit is air locked the main control will do nothing.

That looks like an accumulator not a filter.
You may have a solenoid controlled valve stopping oil circulation.
Are there any coils you energize to get boom hydraulics, I would start there.

That is an accumulator as HarleyHappy said. You will be looking for a small pump with a line going to a small filter. Might be running off the engine gear train if not off the flywheel. Could be piggy backed on another pump. An operators manual would show the filter.

Here are some parts diagrams off the bobcat website that may be of some help.
I believe the solenoid in your pic next to the accumulator is the pilot lockout solenoid so it is worth checking this out both electrically and mechanically.

Best regards

I appreciate the help I've been looking for the schematics on this And this helps out . I tested the solenoid with a test light And it's getting power next I guess I'm gonna try to pull it off. Thanks again I will get back to you let you know what happens.

im about to give up and take it to a shop ive tried everything still nothing
Give us a run down of what you have tested and tried so far.
Lots of old school mechanics on this forum that have years of experience in troubleshooting these sorts of problems and its that type knowledge you wont always find in a workshop manual or in some cases even a workshop so don't give up just yet.
Best regards
