Compressor stars up but then quickly shuts down showing codes 6427 Run Failure and 7009 ECU protect lamp. Has Kubota engine pics attached. Please let me know what issue could be.

Don't know the codes for unit. Is rad itself full not just overflow tank. Is compressor oil full. Is engine oil full. Get a hold of local dealer to find trouble code and start there.Get some info before throwing money at it. Could be simple. Are battery and ground connectios all clean. Simple checks.

No pictures on your original posts.

Looks like a general ECU code, other codes for specific safeties. Check your CANBus resistors and wiring between the controller and ECU to start with.

I worked recently on a Copco Generator that had bad wiring at fuse panel that I fixed. It had an electronic panel that would tell exactly which safety signal was being tripped.
Not sure if your compressor is the same or not. Need to figure out what is triguring the shutdown.
Maybe just faulty sensor. The fault usually goes amber before red and shut down. Not sure about the instrumentation panel you have.

Today I started it up ran about 30 seconds and shut down with the same codes. Started it up again and seemed to be fine ran 10 minutes with no issues and I shut it down with no codes. Before a few days ago it sat for about 10 months. Could it of been possible it lost its fuel prime and had to work air out of fuel system?? If so would that of caused those codes?

Maybe a fuel pressure sender on the common rail if it has one , might of been air locked. Maybe the alternator did not kick in before it shut down after not running for a long time.
Keep testing and let us know.

Fire it up and run the **** out of it. It absolutely could have been throwing codes due to a shutdown when it wanted to see engine speed.

Got it running now it's showing attached code. It cranks for a second than stops. For some reason I can't upload pic of code but it says 7210 status 2
