Now that is a rarity. What is the approximate year of the truck and is the a date on the photo? I was under the impression anything to do with rail logging ended in the 1940s. Apparently not.

May the gravel roads be smooth , the logs be lite and the rates be high .
I remember seeing a Gerald Paterson Log Truck beside that shop around 1964 . The truck was a Kenworth and a worker was taking the name off the door . I think that was an International dealership , I suspect that is around the time Paterson started to switch from Kenworths to Internationals . I see a GM car in the foreground , I can't see the tail light's but the roof line is from late 1949 to 1952 . I don't see any newer cars there .Nanaimo, British Columbia. Appears to be around the mid 1950s.
