    to answer your question, the knob to the left of the steering wheel is your brake valve, pushed in applies the brake, out is off. the wheel can be locking up for a couple reasons. either the brake has failed or the motor is going bad. toggle switch on the dash by the idiot light is the vibrator...

    sounds like you could have alot going on, loading up a hydraulic system shouldnt blow lines. Regardless i'd be looking at your motors, get the unit to operating temps and do a case drain flow test on the motors. i'd be willing to bet you have one failed (or failing)

    stone 43 roller vibration coupler

    Typically when vibration couplings are breaking or stripping out it’s due to misalignment between the shaft and the motor, mostly caused by the drum “carrier” bearings being worn out. The vibrator bearings usually are not the culprit, without hearing a lot of howl.

    That is an old Superpac 460, built in ontario canada, there are still some floating around, believe there is still one listed as a superpac 460 for sale on line. that was the start of ride on soil rollers smaller than 72" units, back in the late 70's
