Just a follow up, all the PDF files for these 544e military forklifts are on the Steel Soldiers website. We found damaged o-rings when it was taken apart. We made a call to Spencer Fluid Power in Billings, MT and they were able to tract down a complete replacement part and the correct...

    770BH Questions

I'm waiting on the repair manual from eBay. This is a new to me unit, overall it seems to be in decent shape and luckily all the grease fittings except a couple took grease. The first & main thing I want to repair in the dash / warning light area display. The one in this unit has every light...

Nice machine, I just bought a 770 BH on a whim & I wish I had an AWD model. Good luck with it, IMO these John Deere Graders are good machines.

2006 Case 721D lack of power question

Update: We sent the loader back to the sales outfit we got it from. They told me a few weeks later they had it fixed & it turned out to be something to do with the TPS / Throttle positioning sensor. Hopefully this helps someone in the future when they have issues.

John Deere 544E Fork Lift Cyl. Question

Does Anyone have a PDF of this cylinder off a JD 544E forklift? It is from a Military 544E forklift / based on a wheel loader chassis. It started to leak at the bottom, we are unsure of where to order the correct O-ring.

BrandTech Machinery Construction - This is a SCAM

Another to good to be true site: https://s u p p l i e r e q u i t y.com/ ~Link edited so as to be readable to us humans, but confusing to search engines, because as a member pointed out, there's no good reason to have a link to them from this site.~

BrandTech Machinery Construction - This is a SCAM

The internet is filled to the gills with fake machinery websites. They are getting more sophisticated with AI to create "old" website forum posts & such. You have to be careful & do some homework.

CASE 621D question about actual hours

Is there a way to plug into the machine to find the actual hours? We have a machine showing 2,800 hours, but some things are causing doubt. It was bought from a govt. agency in Oklahoma so no reliable history.

Case 621D Parking Brake Rebuild Question

I am test driving a low hour Case 621D wheel loader. I have to replace the seals in the parking brake assembly. It looks similar to a caliper from a truck. Is there anything I should be watching out for when removing it? This loader sat for a long time unused or hardly used, it only has 2800...

2006 Case 721D lack of power question

Today I just used it for 2-3 hours and the light on the dash went out and it was able to back drag gravel ok. It basically has limited power going into a loose pile of gravel. It seems that just running it for 2-3 hours was helpful to it, but not a fix.

2006 Case 721D lack of power question

We tested it a bit more today & it really does not have the power to even back drag the blade. I am just going to have to get someone with the correct tools to look it over.

2006 Case 721D lack of power question

Thanks, I will look into it. I have a feeling it is something to do with a non performing torque converter. I suppose time will tell.
