Loader not responding correctly to inputs.

Ive got a 2003-04? farmtrac 60. The issue im having is the loader, a Long agribusiness 5320M, lifts halfway then stops. It has a Walvoil sdm102 2p joystick control valve on it. The bucket does the same thing. Also when it stops half way up i half to find the sweet spot with the joy stick to make it continue to travel up or any direction for that matter. It also makes the tractor bind/shake. Ive had 3 of the 4 cylinders rebuild. The fourth was rebuild a few years ago. Im in the process of replacing Hyd hoses because they look rough and at any given time one could burst. Any ideas? Do I need to rebuild the control box? Some research says the quick disconnects are not fully connected but ive checked that. Any help appreciated.

If I didnt know any better, and I probably don't, you have have two or more hoses plumbed wrong. Could you have mixed them up during cylinder removal?

Well, they won't connect but one way. They cant reach to connect on opposite ends of cylinder. Ive swapped the quick disconnects around and still got the same results

Has it always done this? When did it start?

The loader has sat dormant for 8 yrs but I do remember it having a problem even before that. We bought the loader and tractor New in 2003-04.

The fact that you can get it to move by finding a sweat spot suggests failed 0rings in the control valves.
Another place to look is the steering priority valve assuming it's part of the hydraulic system. It can rob oil from the loader and moving the control lever resets it.
Is the 3 point linkage working correctly?
