Pipeline easement

I can't really help but I would be really wanting that pipe line on my property

Curious why?

For me $44K is not that much to encumber my property for basically forever unless I missed something in the compensation portion.

It's free money with basically zero problems. There's a bunch of pipelines around here and you wouldn't even know there were unless you worked on pipelines or the oil field. Amy spills they are putting free fertilizer in your ground, I have never seen a spill in our area.

The pipeline won't really affect me. The property isn't much good but perfect for an MX track and riding dirt bikes. It will pay for some kind of shop to keep my equipment and other stuff in.
