Just made my first purchase.

Honestly been looking everywhere to try and find a website to give me a date.
263833T is the serial also I assume its a 410 and D is for where it was manufactured since its older? Also, anyone know where I can get a service manual for it? Thank you!

Everything runs well but definitely has seen better days, need to replace a lot of hydraulic hoses really. I wish it was a little smaller for my usages but it was $10k cheaper than anything smaller I could find.1000035432.jpg1000035375.jpg

Welcome to HEF  .
In the parts world , year is not important, serial # is king.
For that 410 straight, you can download a free copy of the operators manual OMT66840 from the Deere bookstore.
https://www.johndeeretechinfo.com/search?p0=search&p0_v=&p1=model&p1_v=410&pattr=p0,p1 .
Service manual TM1037 is also available at the bookstore if you can’t find it else where.
Omg thank you, Can I ask how you found that lmao I was on their site and only found the newer ones when I searched. Think I tried searching serial too.

I'm pretty sure the ''D'' stands for diesel and it was built in Dubuque , Iowa. I cut my teeth working on those , If I had several lined up to work on I could make it a few more years. The closed center hydraulics were way ahead of their time!

You're talking my language now! The 500A-C and the straight 510's were some excellent machines. The Waterloo engine was a different bird to work on too.

Understanding was 300/400/500 are farm tractors turned industrial gas or diesel with add ons & the 10's were diesel only & start of backhoe subframe not bolt & bottom pins on transmission axle housing holding hoe on.500A was a sweet hoe in her time

Peaceful creek makes awesome full sets of manuals, for probably 120 bucks you can get operator, service and full parts breakdown manuals in actual print in binders. Worth every penny, especially being able to feed the parts guy numbers.
