    Bell B25D brake pads wear

This is very good idea. Shouldn't be too hard to do some measures there. Thanks!

    Bell B25D brake pads wear

Thanks for info guys. I forgot to mention that almost always only one pad wears out fully; the other is only about 1/3 worn. When I install new pads, I can usually push the pistons back in almost by hand, so it seems unlikely that the pistons are sticking. Then again only one pad wears out...

    Bell B25D brake pads wear

So, I have a problem with dumper brake pads wearing out very quickly. It has a dry brake system with brake discs and one brake caliper on each wheel, except the front axle, which has two calipers per wheel. I bought this machine 1.5 years ago. After a while, I noticed that the pads on the rear...

Komatsu pc200-7 swing pinion shaft broke

Now I'm a bit confused. I have a PC210LC-8 with about 10 mm of play in the swing bearing, and the swivel joint is leaking. I was planning to replace the bearing and the swivel seals because the bearing play is annoying and I'm afraid it could break at any moment. However, I don't have much time...

    D5N Operation & Shifting

I always use the decelerator when changing direction. I think both ways can work, but once you’re used to using the decelerator, not using it feels like slowly damaging the machine. It puts a lot of unnecessary stress on the drivetrain. But i don't think it's useful when shifting gears.

Komatsu PC210-8 swing case full with oil

So, my problem might be very simple, but it's confusing. After a few hours of work, the swing gearbox case fills up with oil, and it starts coming out through the breather cap. Okay, I understand that the swing motor seal is worn out—classic. But the confusing part is that when I checked the...

    Komatsu Pc160lc-7 high unload pressure

Please try to check LS hose. Remove it, start the engine and watch what happens with unload pressure. Oil flow will be small. If pressure goes down then it could be failed main valve. Or u could try to adjust LS valve. As far as i know 160LC and 180LC weak spot is main hydraulic valve. Im not...

    Komatsu Pc160lc-7 high unload pressure

Does the pressure goes down when u slightly make some hydraulic movement? Is it hard to start enginge when hyd very is hot? You should try to remove hyd LS hose near main pump and if then pressure disappears, im afraid your main hydraulic valve is wasted. LS hose is located on pump right side, i...

    D8R new tracks

hey OP, these men will give you the best help you can get on the internet, but it's clear you're not telling the truth and holding your nose high. logically, this pisses everyone off. While following this topic, I still didn't understand whether the problem is that there is no time or money...

    D6T DOZER

these russian people… they come to a place where everyone uses English and don't even think of trying to adapt and use a translator to communicate with everyone. No, they make everyone else use the translator. It's like a disease.

    How much leakage is acceptable?

I've been using a Milwaukee M18 grease gun for about 3-4 years now and I've replaced 3 Pump Body/Gearcase Assembly (100-150€ each) It is a very good device until one of the lubrication points is "stuck" and you try to move it with pressure. Now trying DeWalt DCGG571M1-QW. Almost the same as the...

Overfilled the transmission oil on a D6N LPG and the plug is stripped

Theoretically speaking, what harm could be done if the transmission, or other places where there is a lot of room for oil to expand? More heat? I understand what the problems would be with the engine or the final gear ... I most often fill oil a little above normal.

    D6T Transmission Oil Color

Use an oil dye to determine the oil level. I agree that it is very difficult to tell without dye. The oil is normally very light in color.

Caterpillar d6n very hard to start

Honestly, there are a lot of manufacturers who still use mechanical hand pumps. I would say that CAT and AGCO group tractors are the only ones I can name that use electric pumps mostly. From experience, yes, after changing filters or running out of fuel, pumping is unnecessary suffering.

    D8R dozer undercarriage replacement

I had a similar experience with our Cat dealer in Latvia Avesco. Dozer had a problem with power loss and some errors that needed to be read. I contacted the dealer to arrive and make a diagnosis. Arrived, read the errors carelessly, said that the injectors were probably to blame for the loss...
