    Just wanted to thank you for your input. After all troubleshooting and finding nothing wrong other than bad battery. It ended up being jumper cables to small to supply enough amps. Used cables made out of welding leads and it fired right up. Hard lesson learned...

    Thanks ahart, kind of what I figured. Just trying to rule everything out before I start pulling wire out to expose it. Outside of the 2 relays, is there any inline fuse that may have blown. And is it possible that the toggle switch may be bad?
