Looking for help from anyone who’s already removed the swing motor on a Volvo ECR series.
Yep, gotta lift whole cab off frame w/floor...only, no slew ring. Problem is garage with enough height to clear lifting. I had my 2012 ecr58 done last summer. Basically, the motor is located in the left, rear corner of machine while facing front. Once ya clear the cab its right there looking...- Jrod

FIXED ...$14,000 repair for new swing motor install by dealer. They had to pull the whole cab to get to the motor. It's time to get a 'Bobcat'.... : (- Jrod

Hello Gents, I have a 2012 Volvo ecr58 machine that all of a sudden will not 'Slew' left / right. Console shift button for 'Slew' - Cab / boom working fine in switching... Solenoids check-out fine... When I press the console button the solenoids ( 2 ) shift fine from 'boom swing' to 'Cab...- Jrod

Hello Gents, Come springtime I plan on pressure testing hydraulics on a 2012 Volvo ecr58. It's my 1st machine ever owned and not familiar with the different metric sizes of these machines. Can any of you seasoned vets out there direct me to 'good' kit to test all the ports on this machine...- Jrod
