    2006 JLG 400s slow controls from platform

    Sounds like the platform control personalities may need to be adjusted, do you have a JLG analyzer? You can also check function of the speed control knob with the analyzer, although I would not suspect an issue with the speed control as you have some functions working correctly.

    400S JLG boom hyd leak

    Correct, cylinder is removed from the rear of the boom. Will have to telescope out some to remove the front pin, and will be two blocks holding the rear of the cylinder. I usually use a forklift to pull it out, and a couple forklifts or gantrys to catch the cylinder.

    Both hoses are at the rear of the cylinder, accessible by removing the cover on rear of the boom. Should be able to identify the leak with the rear cover off. Cylinder does not have to be pulled to replace hoses. If cylinder does have to be resealed, worst part will likely be getting the front...

    2006 Genie GR-12 lift, No power to the computer

    What switch are you testing 24V at? Schematic shows a 275A fuse and a 7A circuit breaker between batteries and E-stop. Genie manuals are free on their website, link below for the the relevant manual to your machine. Page 6-8 for schematic of ground controls...

    Bobcat T595 lift cylinder drift

    I have a Bobcat T595 - if lifting arms and closing grapple at same time with load in grapple, lift arms drift down. If load is heavy enough, arms drop to the ground pretty quick. Both work fine if used independently, issue only occurs when lifting and closing grapple at same time. Checked...

    Skytrak 6042 slow boom up

    Working on a Skytrak 6042 legacy. Boom up is slow, unless another function is used at same time. For example, curl forks while raising boom, boom is normal speed. Any ideas?
