Own 18 acres in Morgan Hill, California--15 miles south of Silicon Valley.
Have Kubota LX3310 tractor with, mower, box scraper, and chipper.
Recently acquired a Kubota U55-4 excavator 12.5k pounds. Have been cutting fire breaks and clearing walking trails through hilly oak/manzanita type terrain.
Enjoy the enclosed cab and AC on the excavator--especially when I recently hit a large hornets nest.
