Transmission Hose leak

There are 2 hoses in the "pan " of the trans, 1 hose has a threaded fitting to a 45 hose fitting and the other end goes to an oil cooler. I need to replace this hose, Can anyone direct me to a listing or exploded view so I can get the correct part and get this fixed...TIA

The transmission oil cooler hoses are made from bulk hose,Deere part # T78497 .
One hose is 54.0 inches long, the other hose is 45.6 inches long.
Both hoses are secured with gear clamps at both ends.
