Anybody know what this is? There is an extra digit next to the 1/10 hr digit on a case 580E that I am looking at. The machine is in pristine condition… My 580e does not have it. I attached pictures of them. After doing some research it looks like that odometer if from a k series. Anyone know anything about this??

That is just an indicator that the hour meter is working, It alternates black and white, probably clicks over once every 20 seconds or so. That way you know it's working instead of waiting for the 10th of an hour (6 Minutes ) to move to the next number
