    Where would you be getting the Service Analyzer? As far as I know a hacked/ blackmarket version of Service Analyzer will not include payload files, or whatever Bobcat calls the actual software for the controller. Only a dealer will have access to the download required.

    Especially with that code I would not fool around too long without changing the harness. Doesn't need to be a visible problem, just enough to cause "noise". The Cat skidsteer engine harness is orders of magnitude easier to change than the the Kubota version on an SLVL95 or takeuchi TL12.

    Gateway also known as mainframe controller. I've had isocell do the G series mainframe, and on that one some are repairable, some are not. A steady drop like that does make one suspicious of a controller. If you do replace it bobcat will have to program it on the machine.

    Cheapest and easiest is standard green ethylene glycol. Better is red extended life, better yet Fleetcool oat. Only reason to use Bobcat propylene glycol is cause it's nontoxic. on any coolant use the premix, lots simpler and no temptation to use tap water to mix. YMMV

    Voltage is likely measured at that mainframe controller, and the displays are only displaying the reading. I had an S185 suddenly not start witha low voltage code, ended up being the controller.

    How bought lying to the ecm and saying the dpf has been cleaned. Soot load reset in the software. If it actually needs cleaning will regen on differential pressure.

    Not sure why the jumper to terminal 2. Should work without that. But definitely agree, go with the 1 wire. It will either work or not. . .

    Unplug that sensor, should start just fine on one sensor. Will crank a bit longer before it fires. Then also try it vice versa

    We've had some luck removing and physically cleaning the dpf after an event such as turbo failure. Using hot water pressure washer with the tip removed. So basically just rinsing, no pressure. With no codes except regen frequency it may very well work to reset several times and try to run it...

    It is not likely the filter is the issue, the sensor is simply 2 prongs into the fuel. Nothing proprietary at all. I would not use the aftermarket filters tho, I've cut one open. . . And these injectors are very susceptible to contamination. We did build a filter base kit to use Donaldson...
